Super Eagles goalkeeper Francis Uzoho is set to be excused from the roster for November World Cup qualifiers.
Uzoho, who was in goal for Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup, lost his place to Germany born Maduka Okoye after losing his form following recovery from injury and being benched in Cyprus (where he plays for AC Omonia).
So, he is now number two behind Okoye and ahead of South Africa based Daniel Akpeyi.
His absence is due to illness.
John Noble of Eyimba is set to take his place.
