Tijani Muhamed's club sink to a 4:1 defeat

Having featured in his team's last 4 games since resumption of football in the high profile Czech League for FC Karvina , Super Eagles hopeful Tijani Muhamed saw out their 4:1 away loss yesterday to Teplice on the bench.

The 19 year old centre forward was hoping to make an appearance but the coach looked to other players from the bench to try to prevent what turned out to be a crushing defeat.

Tijani, who is yet to open his scoring account for the club, will be hoping to rediscover the sort of form that made him the toast of Under 20 Flying Eagles. When this happens, his sight will be set on Super Eagles invitation which at this time appears to be a tall order.

Tijani's club Karvina are currently battling relegation in the Czech First League as they are third from bottom.
