Nigeria Under-23 International Tijani Muhamed has sent a signal to his fans ahead of next season of his goals scoring intentions by finding the back of the net in a pre-season friendly match.
Back in his parent club Banik Ostrava (having been sent on loan last season) Muhammed featured in a friendly match away to Hartberg of Austria played on August 15.
With the match 2:1, the lanky Nigerian Centre Forward met an eloquently delivered cross with an equally delightful low drive to make it 3:1 to the visitors in the second half.
The match ended 4:1 to the visitors.
Tijani would be hoping to cement a place in the squad for next season having been previously loaned out to clubs like Karvina and Fotbol Trinec (where he registered no goals last season).
In fact, Tijani has been anything but prolific in the Czech Republic and he will be hoping that his output in this friendly will be the beginning of more goals from his boots.
All signs are that he maybe loaned out again but he has done his slim chances of staying no harm with such a powerful and productive display sure to make the manager think twice.
