KF Tirana of the Albanian Superliga (top flight), coached by former Super Eagles goalkeeper Ndubuisi Egbo, currently top the league table with 59 points after 29 games to show what a wonderful and unbelievable work that the former Nigeria goalkeeper is doing in the East European state.
They did lose narrowly 1-0 away to Teuta Durres in this week but that was not enough to knock them off the top.
They will need to pick up points when they face relegation threatened Vllaznia Shkoder on Friday to further cement their place on top.
Egbo is highly rated in Tirana in the Albanian Premier League having won 3 trophies with them during his playing days before going back to become a goalkeeper trainer and then – when the opportunity presented itself – becoming the Head Coach.
Well meaning fans of Nigerian football will be watching his progress with much interest.
With focus, concentration, continuous improvement, enhanced leadership and inter-personal skills, Ndubuisi Egbo can go on to do great things in his coaching career.
