Super Eagles defender Musa Muhammed continues to wax strong in the Croatian top flight with another sturdy performance this weekend as his team Gorica recorded a 3:0 home win against NK Istra.
The right back has now played 20 out of 24 matches for his club this season which goes a long way to show how active and consistent he continues to be in club football.
Speaking on his Super Eagles ambitions, the competent right fullback was recently quoted as saying : "I just do my job here (in the Croatian league) to the best of my ability and hopefully, something great can come as far as a call up for the Super Eagles is concerned."
But, the options ahead of him, like Ola Aina and Chidozie Awaziem, play in more high profile leagues making it hard for national team handlers to look at the direction of Musa Muhammed.
But, if he continues working hard, his due season for Nigeria should come.
