Is the NFF Complacent About Preparing The Super Falcons For the Women's World Cup?

What I want to know is what is the NFF’s plans for the Super Falcons ahead of the World Cup in less than six months time.

Nigeria are in an impossible group. Vain soundbites from the erstwhile unimpressive Randy Waldrum is worth less than a handful of dust without solid preparations by the NFF.

So far they have been very quiet indeed. I haven’t read of any friendly matches or honoring any invitational tournaments.

In any event, I will encourage Waldrum or whoever is in charge to go for a 5-3-2 formation for the world cup. If key players are fit and flying, my ideal starting 11 is:

– Chiamaka Nnadozie

– Osinachi Ohale

– Ashleigh Plumptre

– Blessing Tosin Demehin

– Michelle Alozie

– Nicole Payne

Defensive Midfielder:

– Christie Ucheibe

Attacking Midfielders:

– Toni Payne

– Rasheedat Ajibade

– Uchenna Kanu

– Asisat Oshoala
