Alex Iwobi rated poorly

Everton came from behind this weekend to earn a 1:1 draw against visiting Tottenham in the English Premer League.

England midfielder Dele Alli scored the opening goal in 63 minutes while Tosun drew the hosts level in 97 minutes.

Nigeria midfielder Alex Iwobi started for Everton and saw 90 minutes action from the left side of the midfield.

Having impressed last week, Iwobi had a rather underwhelming outing today.

Rating him for the match, Adam Jones writing for the liverpoolecho.co.uk wrote: "Alex Iwobi - 5/10: Things just didn't go the way of the summer signing out on the left flank after impressing so much in his time as a No. 10.

The decisive moment of his match was unfortunately a negative one, losing possession extremely cheaply to gift Spurs the opening goal of the evening." He concluded

Iwobi's game is often characterised by inconsistencies. He would play very well in one match only to have an indifference performance in another.
