Abuja Stadium To Be More Hostile and Intimidating Than Kumasi

In determined efforts aimed at paying Ghana's Black Stars in thier own coin, the NFF and influential Nigerian stakeholders are working strenuously to transform the Moshood Abiola Stadium to a hostile fortress for next Tuesday's concluding world cup qualifier.

According to former Super Eagles Media Officer Toyin Ibitoye, the Minister of FCT has strategically allocated 100 buses to convey buoyant spectators from every nook and cranny of Abuja to the Moshood Abiola National Stadium on Tuesday 29 March for this return match.

Additionally, Senator Orji Uzo Kalu has reportedly offered to generously gift 5,000 tickets to passionate Nigeria fans who will be expected to cheer, roar and hail the Super Eagles with zeal, fervour and venom on the day.

Earlier, they NFF asked for 60 thousand fans to be allowed into the stadium, a request CAF promptly approved.

It should be recalled that Ghana controversially asked CAF, last minute, to move the first leg to the intimidating Kumasi stadium. On match day, the stadium was filled to the brim with Ghana fans cheering every move of the Black Stars and drowning out any Super Eagles support.

The Super Eagles had to psychologically overcome the hostilities and cold response they received on the day.

Now, many Nigeria fans on social media and various other platforms are urging as many fans as possible to go out in droves and exert the same psychological pressure and disadvantage for Ghana's Black Stars on Tuesday.

Even the NFF made their own Instagram rallying cry as they wrote: "We will love to see you fill the Moshood Abiola National Stadium to the brim on Tuesday. Everywhere Green, everywhere white.”

With the first leg ending 0:0, the overall winners of the encounter qualifier for the Qatar World Cup in tail end of the year.
