More Super Falcons Players Hit Camp for Ivory Coast Encounter

Ahead of the eagerly anticipated Afcon qualifier against Female Elephants of Ivory Coast, more players continue to hit the Super Falcons camp. The number on ground has now swirled to 20 players. Training has commenced in earnest.

The likes of Onome Ebi, Esther Okoronkwo, Peace Efih and Yetunde Aluko are among the new arrivals for the nail biting and eagerly anticipated doubleheader against our Francophone West African counterparts.

The first leg will be played on 18 February and the return leg five days later. It has to be recalled that the Women Elephants denied our Super Falcons a ticket to last year's Olympic games. Fans are now asking for Nigeria's pound of Ivory Coast's flesh.

An aggregate loss to Ivory Coast will be too much for Nigeria fans to swallow as we are still recuperating from the shock early exit from the just concluded Afcon.
